Hooray, two new ISO certifications!

Our colleagues work hard every day to be the best ally for our clients. The Sidekix Contact Center and YourVoice are no exception. Our Call Agents answer our clients' questions the right way, day in and day out. They do this by combining targeted service, quality and commitment into excellent customer contact.

Certified customer service
To independently demonstrate our excellent customer service, our contact centres have been audited by LRQA. The auditor of LRQA has tested whether we meet the strict standards of ISO 18295. And with success, because both the Sidekix Contact Center and YourVoice have received the ISO 18295 certificate as a result of the audit! This makes Sidekix and YourVoice the seventh and eighth contact centers to have been awarded this certificate.

ISO 18295
In contrast to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, this ISO certificate is not about management systems, but about service provision. It is an in-depth assessment of the service provision of contact centres. It demonstrates that both Sidekix and YourVoice deliver excellent customer service. And we are proud of that!
