A world of wonders with Sidekix

Originally, the Efteling was made available exclusively to winners of the Friends Lottery for a weekend. But because of the corona measures in 2021, this did not happen. Flexible as we are, we have therefore quickly switched with the Friends Lottery and adjusted the price. Sidekix was asked to send a personalised mailing with information about the fairy-tale day and how to reserve the entrance tickets. With our Contact Center as an additional communication channel to answer any questions about the prize and to help winners. This way we made it possible for winners to enjoy an unforgettable day at the Efteling, even with the corona measures.
