Royal Verkade makes it possible with their Saint Nicholas campaign. Employers and HR-managers can use this action to surprise their employees with a delicious chocolate letter. For every purchase, a donation is made on behalf of Koninklijk Verkade to the Foundation for the Forgotten Child.

As an ally of Koninklijke Verkade, Sidekix took care of the fulfilment for this sinterklaas action. We built and set up the online environment for this campaign. A smart link between the online environment and the Sidekix warehouse ensures an error-free order intake. The orders are then packed and prepared for shipment. In this way, Sidekix and Royal Verkade put a delicious treat in the shoes of employees throughout the Netherlands, and we are helping to give forgotten children in the Netherlands the chance to be children without worries.

The Forgotten Child

This year ordering chocolate letters at Koninklijk Verkade is extra special. Because Verkade collaborates with the Foundation The Forgotten Child. In the Netherlands there are 100.000 children who feel forgotten because of abuse or neglect. The Forgotten Child Foundation is committed to providing these children with a loving environment. An environment where they are positively stimulated and receive support to build up their self-confidence. For every purchase, Royal Verkade therefore donates to The Forgotten Child Foundation. With this contribution the organisation can organise 'Heppie Vakanties' and weekends away for vulnerable children. In this way bad memories can be replaced by positive experiences.
