Food Connect started over 20 years ago as a small family business. It has since grown into a thriving organization that delivers meals throughout the country. Since July 2022 we have been acquired by the Kramer Group and together with Albert Heijn under the name Meals at Home they are committed to providing delicious, healthy and varied meals. These meals are offered in functional components/packaging with which they guarantee freshness and preservation of taste.
Meals Home focuses mainly on the older target group (care organizations, residential locations and independent living) where they want to create a sense of trust and conviviality. They have built up a large delivery network over the years and their ambition is to expand this even further.
