All winners receive a personalised invitation e-mail from us, stating that they have won places and are official winners of one million euros. Through this invitation e-mail, the winners can go to a login page, made by Sidekix, of course completely in the house style of VriendenLoterij Miljonairs. On the registration page, they can see the days and times of the shows, make a choice and register their potential helper. Also, through this page they can pass on any restriction or preference for seats. All this information is automatically kept up to date in the campaign management system and before every show it is sent safely to the Friends of the Lottery Millionaires. In this way, they can take care of an ideal division of the hall.

Is a show full? When you register, you will receive an automatic e-mail for the reserve list. This list is used by the Sidekix Contact Center to make other contenders happy with a seat, in case of last-minute cancellations. In this way, Sidekix helps VriendenLoterij Miljonairs to get as many people in the audience as possible.
