The Sidekix Contact Center is going to work for Unilux, specialist in custom-made screens and blinds. These find their way to consumers via more than 1600 specialist dealers.
Especially for existing and future dealers, Unilux organises several annual event days with the latest innovations, product range, technical explanation and a tour of the factory. All these contacts are contacted by the Sidekix agents by telephone to attend these dealer event days or to schedule a visit by a Unilux account manager on location.
