In the six months that JAM (a temporary employment agency for young people) has been active in Uden, it has already come to some nice collaborations with local companies. That is also how JAM came into contact with Sidekix. When we were looking for employees for our Contact Center, JAM was able to switch quickly. In our Contact Center, various employees speak to consumers on behalf of our clients.
It is therefore great to see that after the start of the cooperation, several JAM employees were immediately linked to Sidekix. No fewer than three new employees have meanwhile started working at Sidekix via JAM.
It is even better to hear that the young people are extremely satisfied with the run-up to their first day at work. Stan, one of the new employees, has this to say about it: 'The contact with JAM went really smoothly. After I was hired, I could sign my contract almost immediately online. And when I had a few questions, I got an immediate answer.
This ensured that Stan had a good feeling about his first day at work, which he found more than satisfactory: 'My first day at work went well. I immediately noticed that there is a close-knit team at the Customer Contact Centre that makes every effort to help you in the initial phase.
After the first weeks of cooperation with temporary employment agency JAM, we are confident that many more enthusiasts like Stan will be working at Sidekix in the future!
