In addition to acquiring new subscribers, F&L Media recently devised a sympathetic campaign to win back former customers. This order gave us the perfect opportunity to pull out all the stops for our new Konica Minolta digital press, the KM 1. Nine different Christmas cards were personalised on each large-format press sheet with a unique offer per magazine.
This offer could be activated by scanning a QR code on the card and specially designed URLs. Thanks to the printer's fast-drying LED UV ink and patented DOT Freeze technology, we were able to deliver superior image quality and colour intensity in a very efficient way and with a short turnaround time. The sympathetic personalisation together with the impressive print quality has led to considerable conversion and we are quite proud of that!
