For many years, we have been the sidekick in the implementation of the winning campaigns of the VriendenLoterij. We make sure that the whole process of claiming the prize until delivery at home is as pleasant, fast and efficient as possible. For this, we use an advanced and custom-made campaign management system that directs all activities. The implementation is also largely realised in-house with the latest digital printing presses, cutting machines, state-of-the-art marketing automation, fully automatic packaging machines, our own distribution centre, secure data centre and customer service contact centre.
