Making friends on Vlieland

VriendenEiland is a concept of the Friends Lottery, where Vlieland is transformed into the Friends Island of the Friends Lottery for a weekend. In the Sidekix printing and enveloping department, the personalised invitation letters are produced and sent to the winners. In these letters is also a unique code, with which winners can register themselves via a web flow that we made. Also, during registration, other information can be passed on, such as any allergies and the reservation of a rental bike. Finally, we have sent all winners information to the Friends Lottery in conformity with AVG, so that they can make the right classification and inform all winners with the final information. In this way, as a practical right hand of the Friends Lottery, we take care of an efficient communication flow with the participants.
