Good music, a cosy atmosphere and chilled beer. The recipe for an unforgettable evening at De Vrienden van Amstel LIVE! This well-known music festival with a full evening's entertainment is celebrated every year. Dutch artists and bands come to perform and together with the visitors they make it one big party. Tickets for this spectacle always sell out quickly. That is why it is always an extra surprise for winners of the Nationale Postcode Loterij when they win tickets.
Sidekix is ready to help and makes sure that the communication with the winners goes smoothly. First, we notify the winners with a personalised congratulatory letter. This letter contains a personal code, generated by Sidekix, with which the winners can claim the tickets on a private webpage. Finally, we will send an information letter with the tickets. If you have any questions about activating the codes or if there are any other practical matters that are not entirely clear, the Sidekix Contact Centre will be available throughout the process to help visitors and answer any questions they may have.
