Our Contact Center has once again achieved ISO 18295!

We are proud to announce that we have once again achieved ISO 18295! And how: our Contact Center completed the audit with an impressive score of 155 out of 156 points. This amounts to 99.36% and only one small recommendation that kept us from the perfect score.

On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, we were presented with the ISO certificate by Roel Masselink, Director KSF for both Sidekix and YourVoice. This certificate is about 'service provision': a deepening of the service provision of contact centers. Every day we are committed to ensuring the highest possible quality for our clients. This independent audit is a well-deserved recognition of our efforts and dedication.
